Developing the Internal Communications Network within 60 countries. Internal Communications Director. In charge of internal Employee events such as HR Annual Convention, Comm.'s Networking, Transport Convention. Strategy development to align HR within the business.

ALSTOM Transport. Mexico. Organizational Development Director for Transport, and Corporate Communications Director for all sectors 2,800 people.
Design and implementation of diverse Change Management Programmes to develop and model the organizational Culture (Continuous Improvement System through savings suggestions, motivational campaign, productivity training programmes, and reward system)- Mexico won three times the: International Creativity Award, WW within Alstom. Savings around 7 millions Dollars.
Part of the management committee, responsible of developing the business plan of the company. Internal consultant for supporting Latin America in Communications and Training activities.
Responsible of External Communications for Transport, T&D, and Energy Sector. Comm.'s Alstom Mex Representative.

Responsible for attracting, developing and retaining high potentials. Programmes with main Universities. In- Charge of management committee training and development needs. Creation of a Consultancy Company for training needs, marketing research, management advice. Main clients Banks (Banamex, Bancomer, Serfin, Stock Exchange).
Development of methodologies for assessing competencies to match requirements with sales role. Marketing intelligence to support Bank Directors to benchmark with US Bank, models of retail banking, simulation of shopping in bank services and creation or competitive advantages.
